Clayton Pioneer: It's Your Paper

On May 1, 2003 we purchased The Clayton Pioneer from Harry and Cindy Green of Bay Area Publications. We've lived in Clayton for over 30 years. Our six children all attended Clayton schools. Here is where we hike the hills, drive the roads, shop in the stores, eat in the restaurants and go to church. And now, here is where we work.

Our offices are located in The Village Oaks building at 6200 Center Street F in downtown Clayton. We are between Lynne French's Coldwell Banker Real Estate and Clayton Saddlery, facing Marsh Creek Road. The Clayton Pioneer is currently published twice monthly.

We cover the news of Clayton (most of it, anyway). We tell you what happened on the streets, at City Hall, in the churches and the schools. We tell you about the local weddings (who wore what and where the party was), about who got engaged and who celebrated an anniversary. We tell you who was born and who died.

We bring you features and columns by locals on astrology, gardening, technology, golf, real estate, investing, health, movies, religion and relationships.
